On the Engineering GROW Programme, you will have the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering and we ensure you obtain the appropriate experiences needed to become a technical expert. During this three-year programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable while working with clients in the UK and potentially some international clients around the globe.

Arcadis Digital Engineers are the engine room behind our digital modelling approach (BIM) across projects and sectors, and are key to our digital project approach. They have opportunities to refine their skills and enhance their knowledge on some of the UK's most complex and stimulating projects across various Engineering and Design Sectors including Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, Rail, Highways and Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Systems Engineering. We have an excellent reputation in these sectors, and we continue to grow our capability with the addition of talented candidates. As a Digital Engineer, you will assist in delivering project-related tasks to meet budget, timeframe, and quality targets, while learning new technical skills focusing on innovation, sustainability, and digital solutions.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Accepted degrees: BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadis skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible, we embrace virtual working).
