Our programme focuses on helping individuals learn a mix of leadership and technical skills. We offer a structured training programme to enable graduates to work towards achieving Chartership in their chosen field. After 8-10 months, graduates may rotate and work on various projects across the UK during the 2-year period, gaining diverse experience. Our line managers support the programme and will assist your development.
