Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Design Manager and Project Partner in managing large-scale data center projects.
• Follow up with design team on assignments and actions.
• Manage project documents and filing systems.
• Create and manage design management tools (meeting minutes, action trackers, etc.).
• Control design change management processes.
• Coordinate design stage issues and track deliverables.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, site visits, and events.
• Participate in design and client meetings, taking notes.
• Liaise with commercial team and monitor QA procedures.

Skills Required:

• Proactive and independent approach to tasks.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
