GRAHAM is seeking Graduates for a two-year Design Coordinator program in London. You will assist in coordinating design proposals and drawings, working with architects and engineers to deliver practical, construction-ready solutions.

The role focuses on developing technical and interpersonal skills, with mentored training aligned to a professional qualification, offering early responsibility on challenging projects and opportunities for fast-track career progression.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree-level qualification in a construction-related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of design proposals.
• Support the design team in preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
• Help maintain project documentation and prepare reports and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to understand construction processes and gather relevant data.
• Provide technical support to the design team during the construction phase.
