This role is full-time and permanent, based out of either Glasgow, Chester, Swansea, or Redhill. You must be able to commute to any of these locations 4-5 times a week.

As a Graduate Delivery Data and Performance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary engineering, commercial, and construction teams throughout project lifecycles—from concept, through outline and detailed design, to construction and handover. You will join our Delivery (Design and Build) business, working centrally while supporting our portfolio of work across the UK in England, Scotland, and Wales regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, locate, evaluate, collect, compile, and responsibly (ethically, legally, socially, professionally, and securely) use data and associated materials from multiple sources and people within Binnies Delivery Business to identify, recommend, and progress areas for performance improvement.
  • Focus on automating labor-intensive data interrogation processes to support the creation of information dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other parts of the Binnies UK business.
  • Understand and influence how our large and growing 200+ person Delivery business contributes to the overall performance of Binnies UK and our Division.
  • Generate regular communication updates and data-based recommendations supporting engineering, commercial, and delivery teams across the UK.
  • Develop networking, presentation, reporting, and meeting skills with direct interface with Binnies Delivery senior management.
  • Assist in improving the overall efficiency and productivity of our business.

About You:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of AI and Microsoft programs such as CoPilot, Power BI, and Office365 suite.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and collaborative individual.
  • Previous experience in data and performance management is advantageous but not required.
  • Technical skills transferable to the water sector are desirable.
  • Motivated to manage impactful water and environmental projects.
  • Interest in working toward a professional qualification.
  • Hold a degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline or a related field with strong STEM A-levels or Higher qualifications.
  • Driven to develop and improve technical skills and advance your career.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid office/remote work, nine-day fortnights, or other full-time/part-time options.
  • Opportunities for professional development in your chosen field.
  • Supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Benefits: Pension, Private Medical Healthcare, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, and career progression opportunities.
