Wherever you are at Lowell, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of millions of people going through tough times. Now, let’s talk about your new role.

  1. Build relationships within the business and with developers, deploying data pipelines that meet key business objectives, showcasing the value of data.
  2. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and data visualization specialists.
  3. Deliver complex data solutions, including data ingestion from various sources into analytics platforms (cloud-based and on-premise), transformation, and cleansing.
  4. Promote a data-first culture within the team and across the business, developing others around you.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, and influence beyond your department.
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, tolerance for ambiguity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly learn, apply, and teach new technical skills.

At Lowell, we focus on personal development and career growth. We welcome applicants regardless of culture, gender, neurodiversity, or status—if you’re ready to help us make credit better for all, you’ll fit right in.
