Job summary

WTW in City of London is launching a two-year graduate Data Analyst programme within Corporate Risk & Broking. You will build knowledge across the CRB business, assisting with a Global Specialities data strategy and learning from industry-leading colleagues.

You will study toward the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience, reporting to the central global data strategy division, and developing dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mind.
• Able to work with and analyse data to draw meaningful conclusions.
• A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information.
• Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a team.
• At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand the organisation's data and analytics strategy and apply this to day-to-day business challenges
• Gain a unique understanding of our industry and our clients' needs
• Understand how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems and develop practical experience using analytical tools to support effective decision-making.
• Collect, cleanse and analyse data, presenting insights through clear reports, dashboards and visualisations using a range of data sources
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors, including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
• Grow every day, from a thorough induction to ongoing professional and personal development through bespoke learning journeys
• Be supported as you study towards the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification.
