Job summary

WTW is recruiting for a two-year Graduate Data Analyst programme within our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team. You will build knowledge across our CRB data strategy, analyse data, and present insights through reports and dashboards while learning insurance domain fundamentals.

You'll gain hands-on experience in data analytics, collaborate with industry experts, and study toward the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship, with a hybrid work model blending office and home working.

Qualifications

• A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mind.
• Able to work with and analyse data to draw meaningful conclusions.
• A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information.
• Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a team.
• At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand the organisation's data and analytics strategy and apply this to day-to-day business challenges.
• Gain a unique understanding of our industry and our clients' needs.
• Understand how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems and develop practical experience using analytical tools to support effective decision-making.
• Collect, cleanse and analyse data, presenting insights through clear reports, dashboards and visualisations using a range of data sources.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors, including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction.
• Grow every day, from a thorough induction to ongoing professional and personal development through bespoke learning journeys.
• Be supported as you study towards the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification.
