EXL, a global data and AI company, seeks a recent graduate for a Business Analysis-Business Analyst role in London. This permanent position is hybrid, with 3 to 4 days in the office. Start date ASAP and a path to impactful early contributions in data and AI innovations.

From day one you will contribute ideas, research trends, and work with AI technologies to shape market-ready solutions. You will present ideas, learn quickly, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a highly analytical discipline.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, data analytics or AI.
• University projects involving data analysis, machine learning, AI or mathematical modelling.
• Naturally curious; enjoys researching new technologies and industries.
• Confident communicating ideas to different audiences.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Creates engaging PowerPoint presentations with strong visual communication.
• Growth mindset; enjoys solving complex problems.
• Works well independently and in collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn EXL's Data, AI and Analytics capabilities, solutions and industry expertise.
• Research emerging trends across Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Finance, and more.
• Identify opportunities to apply ideas across industries.
• Use AI tools to co-create new concepts, solutions and client propositions.
• Support development of presentations, thought leadership and client materials.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and new technologies.
• Transform research into clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Help develop innovative concepts for internal forums and challenges.
• Work with senior leaders and subject matter experts to refine ideas.
• Contribute to projects shaping EXL's future Data and AI offerings.
