Job summary

EXL is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Sports, Media and Entertainment client in London. The role sits in the International Fan Data & Analytics team, turning large datasets into actionable insights using SQL, Python and cloud platforms.

Hybrid work arrangement is available, with three days in the client office. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in analytics, strong technical skills, and can translate business questions into clear analyses for marketing and data engineering teams across

Qualifications

2–5 years of analytics experience.
Strong SQL skills.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, AWS or Snowflake).
Experience with BI/visualisation tools and marketing analytics.
Knowledge of consent management or UK GDPR.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: write SQL and Python to analyze large datasets and develop insights for stakeholders.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: build dashboards and monitor KPIs across international markets.
Campaign & Audience Enablement: prepare audience segments for 1:1 marketing campaigns and regional segmentation analysis.
Data Quality & Collaboration: support UAT, RCA, gather requirements and liaise with partners.
