We're working with welcoming secondary schools in the Poole area who are looking for confident, motivated graduates to join them as Cover Supervisors from January. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll lead lessons in the absence of a teacher using work that's already been prepared. You'll keep students engaged, manage the classroom, and help create a positive learning environment. There is no planning, marking, or parents' evenings involved, making it the perfect introduction to secondary education.
