Elementa Wales is seeking a confident graduate cover supervisor to gain classroom experience by supervising classes across Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will deliver prepared work, maintain a calm, focused environment, and provide support to pupils during teacher absences.

About the role

Elementa Wales is seeking a confident and reliable cover supervisor who can maintain purposeful learning to work with schools across Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact while enjoying flexible work.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, delivering prepared work and maintaining a calm, focused classroom environment, ensuring pupils receive high-quality learning and support.
