Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking graduates to work as Cover Supervisors in Durham secondary schools. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with immediate starts, providing hands-on classroom experience and an opportunity to build confidence working with young people.

You will supervise lessons, manage student behaviour, and support learners without lesson planning or marking. A degree is required, and flexible work around other commitments is available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
