Teaching Personnel is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Teesside, Stockton-on-Tees. This flexible role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching, education, psychology, or youth work and provides practical school experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll supervise classes, help students stay engaged, and follow school policies. No teaching qualification is required, and roles can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-prepared lessons in secondary schools (Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4).
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils in completing the work set by their teacher.
• Encourage students to stay focused and engaged.
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies.
