Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is seeking confident graduates to work as Graduate Cover Supervisors in our partner secondary schools across Castle Point. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers looking to build classroom presence, manage behaviour, and gain first-hand experience before teacher training.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons to students aged 11-16, support teachers, and develop skills in behaviour management, student engagement, and assessment.

Qualifications

• Holds a minimum 2:1 degree in a subject taught within Secondary schools.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident leading a classroom and engaging young people.
• Aspirations of becoming a teacher.

Responsibilities
