Academics Ltd is working with excellent secondary schools in and around the Vale of White Horse area, who are currently recruiting for Graduate Cover Supervisors to join them ASAP. We are looking to appoint proactive, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to supervise lessons and support students' learning. This role involves maintaining the school's high standards of behaviour when teacher colleagues are absent.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with previous experience working in education or considering a career in the sector. Main responsibilities of the Graduate Cover Supervisor will include:

1. Manage the behaviour of the class to ensure students are working in a constructive learning environment.
2. Supervise the work set by their subject teacher.
3. Act as a role model and develop productive working relationships with students.
4. Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and the health and safety of students.

Ideal candidates will have:
