We work with several welcoming, well-structured secondary schools across the Andover area who are looking for adaptable graduates to join their teams and support day-to-day teaching.

This role gives you genuine responsibility from day one. You'll be leading pre-planned lessons, managing a classroom environment, and supporting students in keeping their learning on track. It's the ideal way to experience what teaching is really like – without needing to commit to long-term training straight away. And if you haven't worked in a school before, don't worry. What you’ll do
