Job summary

Fluor is launching a Graduate Programme in Farnborough, offering early responsibilities on major projects across energy, chemicals and infrastructure. You’ll contribute to design and delivery from concept to execution, guided by senior engineers in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Candidates should have a recent or near-complete Bachelors/Masters in a relevant field, a 2:1 or higher, and be able to start in September 2027 with UK work rights. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Be studying towards, or have recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree
• Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:1 degree classification or above
• Be available to start in September 2027 and relocate to Farnborough, Hampshire
• Have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable offer sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of innovative engineering solutions from concept through to execution.
• Support projects across oil & gas, energy transition, chemicals & process industries, mining and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to tackle complex challenges and learn industry best practices.
