A leading company seeks a Graduate Content Designer to enhance user experience through clear software content. This learning role emphasizes collaboration with senior designers and user researchers. Applicants should be graduated with a keen eye for detail, motivated to make an impact, and skilled in communication.
At Sage, content designers play a critical role in making our software easy to use for millions of small and medium-sized business owners around the world. We focus on the content and information within our products that help users understand what to do and achieve their goals quickly and confidently. This is different from content marketing, which focuses on promoting the product outside of the software.
We're looking for a Graduate Content Designer to join our team. This is a learning role where you'll get hands-on experience creating and improving the content in our small business software. You'll work closely with, and be supported by, experienced content designers.
This role is all about learning by doing.
With support from senior team members, you’ll:
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to be educated to a Degree level. We're open to the degree discipline as long as you have the educational background or relevant experience.

These roles are based in our Newcastle office. You’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.
