A leading talent development firm in Coventry is seeking a Graduate Consultant through their Graduate Development Programme. This role offers a competitive starting salary of £25,000 with opportunities for significant salary progression and career growth. As a Graduate Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience working directly with prestigious clients, develop critical skills, and complete industry-recognized qualifications. A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree and the ability to work on-site 5 days a week are required.

Starting as an Analyst with the potential for significant salary progression, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the development programme.
