Job summary

Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, operates a Construction Delivery Graduate Programme in London. It offers two years of hands-on site experience across high-rise and regeneration schemes, working with chartered managers and a strong focus on safety, quality and cost control.

You will develop technical, commercial and project management skills early in your career, with Full RICS qualification support and mentoring.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:1 degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Talented and self-motivated individuals with a proven track record of academic and work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities.
• A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
