Clarion Housing Group’s Latimer arm offers a Construction Delivery Graduate Programme in London. You’ll work on live schemes, learning construction delivery from pre-construction to defects, under chartered managers.

The two-year program develops technical, commercial and project management skills with a clear pathway into permanent roles. Investment includes full RICS qualification support, mentoring, and exposure to major residential developments, with a focus on safety, quality and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of applying themselves academically and in work experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• On live sites across London, supporting construction delivery from start to post-completion.
• Inspect work, review contractor valuations, and assist in contract administration.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and programme to keep schemes on track.
• Engage with authorities, contractors and Consultants with a client-side focus.
• Support building safety duties and regulatory compliance on procurement stages.
