Job summary

SSE PLC invites graduates to join a two-year business and analytics-focused programme based in Glasgow or Perth. You'll rotate across SSE Renewables or SSEN Transmission, gaining hands-on experience in commercial analysis, planning, regulation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Analytics, Business Management, Data Science, Economics or Mathematics.
• You’ll be excited to use insight, analysis and problem-solving to support business performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across a range of teams and activities over two years.
• Support commercial activities within SSE Renewables or SSEN Transmission.
• Assist in business planning, regulation, risk and project delivery support.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to drive insight and decision-making.
• Develop data insight and investment appraisal skills.
