Job summary

SSE's graduate programme offers two years of hands-on experience across its Renewables or SSEN Transmission teams, with exposure to commercial analysis, planning, regulation, risk, stakeholder engagement and data insight.

Starting Sep 2027, based in Glasgow or Perth, full-time, £35,000 per year plus benefits; you’ll receive mentoring and structured development opportunities, with potential permanent roles on completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 honours degree in a relevant discipline.
• Interest in analysis, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a graduate programme.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across teams to support business planning, regulation and risk.
• Contribute to investment appraisal and value improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to support decision-making and performance improvement.
