BakerHicks Manchester offers a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme to train you as a Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer, with hands‑on experience across diverse, technically challenging projects.

From day one you’ll follow a personalised training plan and receive ongoing support from experienced mentors, collaborating across disciplines to deliver innovative, safe design and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of civil and structural designs to meet project requirements and client specs.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce safe, sustainable, buildable solutions.
• Perform calculations manually and with industry software, supporting CAD sketches and drawings.
