Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, seeks Graduate Civil Site Engineers to join the Delivery team in the North of England and Wales. You will gain practical site-based experience while working toward professional qualification, collaborating with engineers, design teams, subcontractors and clients across the UK.

Role involves site work, surveying, and liaising with multidisciplinary teams. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, flexible attitude are essential to travel across locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from an ICE-accredited university.
• Strong STEM performance with an interest in water infrastructure.
• Practical site experience and surveying knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to work across the UK locations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site surveys and levelling to establish benchmarks and enable accurate setting out.
• Carry out setting out for pipelines, earthworks and structures.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure construction meets design requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and project requirements are met.
• Prepare and distribute four-week lookahead programmes and provide progress updates.
• Assist RAMS and project documentation in line with HSE/Quality procedures.
• Maintain site records and diaries, including as-built drawings and meeting minutes.
• Support the project team to uphold health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
