Arup is seeking graduates for its Site Development team in the UK. You will contribute to civil engineering design and delivery across energy, water, transport, and city planning projects, from concept to construction.

We welcome recent graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering and familiarity with AutoCAD/MicroStation, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage. The program offers learning opportunities, mentorship, and a supportive environment to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Skills with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D and InfoDrainage are useful for engineering design.
• Full working rights in the UK; no more than 12 months of full-time experience; recent graduate or on track to graduate before employment starts.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions for large-scale infrastructure and other Site Development projects.
• Develop site layouts, drainage strategies, earthworks designs, access arrangements and utility coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated and sustainable engineering designs.
• Produce technical designs, drawings, calculations and reports to a high standard.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and project teams to develop practical outcomes.
