Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Cardiff invites graduates to join its Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer. The two-year development path focuses on infrastructure design, highways, drainage, earthworks, and external works, with hands-on learning in collaboration with experienced professionals.

You will work with clients, architects, engineers, planners and contractors to understand project delivery while gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or a bachelor’s with a relevant Master’s degree.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK; no visa sponsorship required.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its future impact.

Responsibilities

• Join Ridge’s two-year Evolve graduate programme in Cardiff to gain practical experience on development and infrastructure projects.
