BWB is offering a Graduate Civil Engineer role in Birmingham. You’ll design and deliver a variety of civil projects, supported by experienced engineers, developing skills through hands-on experience and progressive responsibility.

You’ll work across Property, Infrastructure, and Water teams, gaining exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D, design standards, and a collaborative, learning-focused environment to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or actively working towards one.
• Interest in one or more civil engineering disciplines.
• Some knowledge of AutoCAD or other industry-standard engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a wide range of civil engineering projects as part of a supportive team.
• Produce drawings, calculations, and technical information under guidance from experienced engineers.
• Gain practical experience on projects from concept through to delivery and learn to operate across disciplines.
