You would need

• Ideally hold a Civil Engineering degree (2:1 or above), or be in your final year studying towards this qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious to learn and progress your career.
• A problem solver, able to work collaboratively with others.

In Derby, you’ll join an established team of Civil Engineers and Technicians. Our modern open-plan office is located within walking distance of the city centre and amenities, with excellent transport links.

You’ll work on a variety of challenging schemes from inception through construction to completion across various sectors. With support from senior colleagues, you’ll produce engineering drawings, reports, and calculations.

Our Graduate Training Programme supports your progression and provides the skills needed for the role. We encourage joining our ICE training scheme and offer mentoring to work towards Incorporated or Member status.
