You'll experience on-the-job learning across development and infrastructure projects, with exposure to highways, drainage, earthworks and external works, while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, planners and contractors.

The two-year scheme includes CPD, mentoring, support for chartership, and opportunities to progress to your chosen field

Qualifikationen

• Must have or be predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Have permanent Right to Work in the UK; no visa sponsorship required.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its impact on communities.
