Job summary

EET Fuels is offering a three-year graduate programme at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port. The scheme rotates across the Technology function, giving you a broad view of operations and chances to contribute to each team you join.

You will gain in-depth exposure to Production Unit operations, monitor unit performance, analyse data and provide technical recommendations to optimise output. IChemE accreditation is part of the programme.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 2:1 grade.
• Excellent literacy skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
• Confident communicators with clear written and verbal expression.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year graduate programme with structured internal placements across key department areas.
• Engage in rotational structure within the Technology function to gain broad operations exposure.
• Hands-on involvement in refinery unit production, monitoring performance, analysing data and providing technical recommendations.

About You

We are looking for:

• A graduate in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 2:1 grade
• Highly driven, dedicated, and focused individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional development within Essar
• Excellent literacy skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Confident communicators, capable of expressing ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Comfortable presenting to a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take ownership of tasks and challenges
