Job summary

Ocado Retail Limited, based in Hatfield, invites applications for a 24-month Buying Graduate scheme. This permanent, entry-level role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office) and a starting salary of £30,000.

The programme develops you into a commercial buyer through rotations, with mentorship from experienced buyers and exposure to negotiation, category management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or higher from a UK accredited University.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom upon scheme commencement and duration of the scheme (2 Years).

Responsibilities

• Rotate across buying division to deliver a project and build skills.
• Be an integral part of the team and contribute as a strong commercial buyer.
• Negotiate with suppliers to find amazing products to stock.
• Drive your own category with guidance from your line manager.
• Develop skills in negotiation, category management, data analytics and e-commerce training.
