Job summary

Ocado Retail is seeking a Customer & Marketing Graduate in Hatfield on a permanent, hybrid basis. The scheme starts September 2027 with a starting salary of £30,000 and a 40-hour work week.

You will rotate across CRM, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR & Comms, Organic Social, and Digital Marketing to gain diverse customer insight and business exposure. Applicants should have a UK-equivalent 2:2 degree or higher and the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• CRM: manage weekly and monthly email campaigns end-to-end.
• Brand Marketing: run end-to-end activity across media, creative and post-campaign analysis.
• Trade Marketing: support delivery of customer campaigns with project management across departments.
• PR & Comms: assist external comms and manage Ocado’s LinkedIn and internal comms.
• Organic Social: manage daily social posts from planning to reporting.
• Digital Marketing: support scaling of Ocado’s digital strategy across channels.
