Job summary

Brand Addition is seeking a recent graduate to join our Buying Team to gain hands-on experience across global sourcing, supplier management, product development and commercial negotiation. You'll work alongside experienced buyers, develop supplier relationships across Europe and the Far East, and manage products from concept and sourcing through to production and delivery.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from any degree discipline.
• Interest in buying, procurement, product development, supply chain or commercial business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in how products are sourced, developed and brought to market.
• Confidence communicating with suppliers, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and developing a wide range of products with the Buying Team.
• Building supplier relationships across Europe and the Far East.
• Negotiating with suppliers to balance quality, service and cost.
• Managing products through development to production and delivery.
• Collaborating with sales, design and client-facing teams to bring ideas to market.
• Reviewing product specifications, samples and quality requirements.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new suppliers and opportunities.
• Analyzing costs and product data to support decisions.
• Supporting project management to ensure on-time delivery.
