Qualifications

• Degree (2:1 or above) in business, economics, management, project management or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse data and present clear findings; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support performance reporting (monthly/quarterly) and management presentations.
• Contribute to strategy and business analysis (market assessments, growth opportunities).
• Collect, validate and analyse data; present findings via Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Manage and improve client/associate feedback processes and market research.
• Maintain SharePoint and other collaboration tools; map business processes.
• Support cross-functional and business-change projects with meetings and tracking.
• Input to questionnaires, RFIs and proposals; explore 365, automation and AI tools per governance.
