We are seeking ambitious graduates eager to gain hands-on experience and develop their skill sets as Business Development Associates. You will represent our clients, negotiate with customers, oversee campaigns, and have opportunities to mentor others.

Main responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support sales team in lead generation and customer outreach, including pitches, presentations, and negotiations
• Organize and attend marketing events
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing initiatives successfully
