Job summary

Grayce in the UK offers an Accelerated Development Programme, placing graduates into business-focused roles supporting transformation and programme delivery. You will work with one client at a time, gaining hands-on experience and delivering meaningful outcomes in a professional setting.

You will complete at least six industry-recognised accreditations, with clear progression and salary growth as you develop, and you will work on-site across UK client sites on full-time assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 or above in any subject.
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
