Grayce’s Accelerated Development Programme offers a structured, fast-track route into the industry. You will gain hands-on experience on business transformation initiatives, supporting stakeholders and improving processes within client environments.

You will typically work on-site full-time across UK clients, with dedicated mentoring and a progression path including six industry-recognised accreditations and salary growth as you develop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 or above in a technical field (Computer Science, IT or Cyber Security).
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week in client environments.
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact security projects within leading organisations.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats.
• Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement robust solutions to keep systems secure.
• Help safeguard sensitive data and maintain operational continuity across vital services.
