Job summary

Grayce is recruiting graduates into a Tech pathway across engineering, infrastructure and support in Burgess Hill. You will start on-site with a client, gaining hands-on experience on business transformation initiatives while pursuing six industry‑recognised accreditations and clear salary progression.

You will typically work with one client at a time, supported by mentoring and structured training, developing your skills in software development, deployments, testing and IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM subject.
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
• Location: Burgess Hill, UK (on-site role).

Responsibilities

• Supporting software development and engineering tasks.
• Assisting with deployments and infrastructure.
• Monitoring systems and resolving technical issues.
• Contributing to testing and quality assurance.
• Supporting IT service and operational delivery.
