Graduate Building Surveyor

Location: London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a few years of industry experience to join a successful, friendly, and supportive firm. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the chance to progress your career within a supportive environment while gaining further qualifications and Chartership alongside a team of varying experience levels, from graduates to senior professionals.

Projects vary in size and include residential, cladding, social housing, and refurbishment projects, ranging from single housing schemes to large-scale developments. Your responsibilities will include conducting condition surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, design coordination, managing tenders and procurement, contract administration, and writing design specifications.

The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveying Graduate working towards chartership, with some industry experience. You should be a team player with the ability to work independently.

Skills and Experience required:

• Recent Graduate with RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
• Some previous building surveying (or equivalent) experience preferred
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience working in a busy office environment and dealing with clients is an advantage
