Sibbald LLP in Manchester is seeking a Graduate to join our Building Surveying Team. The role involves undertaking property inspections and surveys for Technical Services clients across Manchester and the surrounding area, developing experience across a range of Building Surveying services.

During probation you will work from our Manchester office 5 days a week, with training and APC support. After probation, there will be flexibility around working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/Built Environment/Construction is required.
• Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration is sought-after but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Undertake property inspections and surveys for Technical Services clients in Manchester and surrounding areas.
• Support and develop experience across a range of Building Surveying services.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality client care.
