RLB is recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a client-focused team in London. This role offers the path to APC Chartership with mentoring from chartered professionals and structured training across two years within our Future Professionals programme.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will be supported to develop core surveying skills across diverse projects while advancing your professional career in a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide core surveying services on a number of property areas, with APC RICS Chartership support.
• Join and strengthen a client-focused team delivering professional, regulatory and project services.
• Assist in surveys, designs, specifications, contracts administration and bespoke services to maintain client estates.
