Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall in London is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a client-focused team and develop through the APC Chartership process. This role offers hybrid working and mentorship from chartered professionals.

You will gain exposure to professional/regulatory services, project services and survey work across sectors, supported by a dedicated graduate development scheme.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide core surveying services on a number of interesting areas of property while being supported in achieving APC chartership.
• Proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administer contracts, and offer other bespoke services to ensure our clients' estate remains well maintained and achieves its full potential.
