Job summary

Knight Frank Services Company Limited in the UK is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our established Building Consultancy team. You will work with Chartered Surveyors across a diverse range of commercial property instructions and gain hands-on experience from day one.

You'll assist with project management, dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters, and APC/MRICS preparation, with structured support to progress toward chartered status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline is required.
• Ambition to become MRICS qualified.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional, client-focused mindset and team spirit.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project and NBS Specification Writer is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of building surveying instructions.
• Project management and contract administration support.
• Dilapidations advice and negotiations.
• Landlord and tenant matters assistance.
• Pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence.
• Prepare schedules of condition and technical reports.
• Support party wall instructions and client liaison.
