A leading property management organization in Glasgow is seeking a Graduate Surveyor (Building) to join their team. This full-time position involves providing professional services in managing and enhancing their property portfolio while progressing towards Chartered Membership of RICS. Key responsibilities include undertaking building surveying services, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement policies and procedures.
The Graduate Surveyor (Building) will support the Projects Team Manager (CPGI) and Asset Manager (Technical). They will provide professional services in the management and enhancement of City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP portfolio and will provide cross functional working whilst progressing towards qualification as a Chartered Member of the RICS.
This post will be subject to the terms of a Training Agreement that you must be committedto. The successful candidate must have attained a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Entitlements: 26 days annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays, pension with Strathclyde Pension Fund
