Job summary

WSP is inviting graduates to join our Property & Buildings, Building Services teams in 2027. The programme offers exposure to design of safe, sustainable buildings and spaces across offices, hospitals, hotels, data centres and major transport hubs.

You’ll work with Revit or AutoCAD and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from day one. Starting April or September 2027, you’ll join a two-year Graduate Development Programme designed to build skills, experience and a professional network

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
• Ambition to start in April or September 2027.
• Interest in Building Services, Smart Buildings, Public Health, or sustainability.
• Curious, flexible, collaborative and motivated to solve problems.
• Comfortable working with others across project teams.
• Willingness to learn and broaden skillset.
