Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the UK is seeking graduates to join our Industry teams across HVAC, Control & Instrumentation, and Process/Mechanical Engineering.

You will contribute to ambitious projects, helping to design, build and operate new assets while developing your expertise through a structured two-year Graduate Development Programme. Starting in September 2027, you will collaborate with engineers and specialists, benefit from mentoring, and gain exposure to diverse projects and markets.

Working as a Graduate in one of our Industry teams will mean contributing to exciting and innovative projects. Our industrial clients benefit from our deep understanding of industrial and energy processes, combined with the specialist skills and multidisciplinary expertise required to plan, design, build, and operate new assets. We also provide full life cycle services to support operating facilities across numerous industrial and manufacturing sectors in both developed and emerging markets.

Working alongside engineers and specialists, you will see how decisions across different disciplines come together in a complete facility.You willcontribute to practical, safe and more sustainable solutionsthat help clients improve performance,adapt to changing needs and move ambitious ideas towards delivery.

What we’re looking for

Our Graduate Development Programme

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the sills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on experience, you will be supported every step of the way.
