Willmott Dixon in Cardiff leads a graduate programme based from our Cardiff office, offering hands-on experience on South Wales projects while supporting a paid, accredited qualification. The two to three year scheme includes rotations across site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction, with a buddy from day one and progression into management roles on live projects.

Formación

• Degree qualified in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering by Sept 2027.
• Exposure to construction through work experience or placement is desirable.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and assist with mechanical and electrical strategy and delivery during preconstruction and delivery phases.
• Provide leadership to the supply chain to drive high-quality technical solutions within budgets and timescales.
