Job summary

Axiom Global Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Belfast to transform how we use data. You will surface operational insights, maintain data assets, and publish dashboards that empower decision-making across teams.

In this role you will partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Ops, ensuring data quality and governance while growing your BI capabilities within a dynamic data culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 13 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases for querying data.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, ETL concepts, and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build reporting solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Support ETL jobs and data pipelines to ensure reliable data delivery.
• Perform data QA audits and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and access policies to ensure knowledge sharing.
• Work with software engineering to understand data structures and implement BI solutions.
